The controller of your personal data is the kennel Crimson Dragons of Shu (hereinafter referred to as "the Kennel"), represented and owned by Jacek Baczkowski (hereinafter referred to as "the Breeder").

Server Data: The website is hosted on OVH servers as part of the same VPS service as our email. This means that data remains in a secure environment and is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

As breeders of the Chongqing Dog breed, we make every effort to protect the privacy of visitors to our website. Below we explain what data we collect and how we use it.
3. What Data We Collect and Why
3.1. Anonymous Traffic Analysis (Umami Analytics)
We use Umami Analytics, a tool that is self-hosted on our server. Umami is designed with full privacy protection in mind.
What we collect: Only anonymous, aggregated statistical data, such as:
- number of page views for individual subpages,
- sources from which users come to our site (e.g., search engine, link from another site),
- device type (computer, phone) and approximate location at the country level,
- time spent on the site.
What we DO NOT collect:
- IP addresses (they are anonymized and not stored),
- user identifiers,
- any personal data (name, surname, email address),
- we do not use cookies for analytical purposes.
Purpose and legal basis: This data is used solely to improve our website and analyze trends in its usage. As the data is completely anonymous and does not allow for user identification, the GDPR does not apply to it (processing based on legitimate interest – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we fully respect it.
3.2. Email Contact
If you send us a message at kontakt@chongqing.pl, we will process:
- your email address,
- your name (if you provide it),
- the content of your message.
This data is stored solely to respond to you and conduct correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in communicating with users. Your data is not used for any other purpose, in particular, it is not added to any mailing lists or newsletters. As we use email provided by OVH (the same provider as our hosting), your correspondence remains in a secure environment.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is safe.
To a limited extent, data may be processed by:
- Our hosting and email provider (OVH) – for the purpose of storing the website and handling email correspondence. Data remains on servers within the EU.
All our subcontractors act on the basis of data processing agreements that guarantee compliance with the GDPR.
